Honoring My Spiritual Well-being

I just need to fuel my spirit. Tremendous trials come my way and doing something to calm my soul is a paramount consideration. It is important to reawaken and rejuvenate the part of me that always gets lost in a busy life- my spirit.

Basically, reading the scriptures is one of the perfect ways to honor my spiritual well-being. For the past few days, I was able to ponder on the great people found in the old testament. I remember young David who killed Goliath who is a giant. Aside from the fact that Goliath is very tall, he is also mighty. However, Goliath was killed by David in the valley of Elah due to David's faith in God. I also remember the story of Joseph who was sold by his brothers in Egypt. When a famine visited their place after so many years, Joseph was able to save his family despite the fact that his brothers caused their separation. Knowing the faith in God of both David and Joseph, I know that I will be able to survive and always choose the right path. 

I have been into great trouble for the past few days. Judging on the matter, friends always remind me that patience is a virtue. Well, I always have the decision to be patient in all the negative things that block my way. I am well aware that it is only me that will cause any negative consequences in my actions. Hence, my decision to endure to the end in doing righteous deeds is crucial.
