Unchanging Principles of Leadership

Being a leader is not an easy task may it be at school, at home, or at the church. There will be challenges every time a leader performs a task. However, there are principles that help a leader fulfill his duties and responsibilities.

In connection, all of us wants changes in the environment we live with. These changes must be for the better. In the different spheres of society, there are also changes. In the sphere of education, students use computers to aid their studies today unlike thousands of years ago. In the sphere of government, democracy was not a form of government for the people since monarchy is popular. In the sphere of religion, the Christian religion has a little factions so many years ago compared today. With this message, what is then the catch?

The principles of leadership are never changing. These principles are considered eternal. These principles include strength, faith, and righteousness. There are proofs that these principles are considered unchanging. During the time of David and Goliath, we see the latter as a strong and mighty giant. However, David was able to conquer him through faith. With respect to Joseph who was sold to Egypt by his brothers, he was able to tell the Pharaoh that only God could interpret his dreams and have peace.
