In other words, it's possible to go through the tedious process in solving the legal issue without the help of a skilled legal professional. However, you have to deal with things that you're not familiar with. Do you really need a lawyer to do it?
Of course. Lawyers are necessary in handling a bankruptcy case. Some of them are even giving you an edge by providing a free evaluation.
