Give a loved one a home by filming their story

There are several ways to show how much you care for your friends, relatives, and loved ones. One uncommon yet stirring and perhaps, rewarding way, is to share their inspiring stories to others through video.

The Property Company of Friends, Inc. (PRO-FRIENDS) gives a deserving individual the chance to own his house and lot through the “PRO-FRIENDS Ka Rin Ba?” film making contest.

Part of the kick-off for the yearlong countdown to its 15^th anniversary, PRO-FRIENDS is giving away a Sophie house in Lancaster Estates, the company’s flagship project in Cavite. All you have to do is nominate someone you know who is in need of a house by telling his story through a video.

Interested participants can join by registering at www.profriendskarinba.com. Nominators can upload their original video at the site, not exceeding one minute and thirty seconds.

Entries will be judged according to the number of votes, story, production value and overall impact of the video essay.

The“PRO-FRIENDS Ka Rin Ba?” winner will get to own a Sophie house in Lancaster Estates. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, dining area, kitchen, linear park, and garage.

Glambox Airbrush Cosmetics

I'm one of the winners of the Glambox Airbrush Make-up (Cosmetics workshop) held last Saturday at Molave Building, Pasong Tamo St., Makati City. You've noticed that I wrote the address completely. That's because I wanted to remember that I had a hard time looking for such place when in fact it's easy to spot. :) 


Well, I really enjoyed the workshop. I learned many things from both Nikki of Askmewhats.com and Sophie of Beautynomics.com. Although I have less time for make-up related activities, I made sure I won't be left behind with its latest developments. Airbrush make-up is fun to use and makes your skin so flawless, especially when you'll use silicon-based products. You can  also play with water-based products provided by Glambox Airbrush Make-up (Cosmetics) since it gives more natural look.

I Just Love Minute Maid Pulpy

I just drank a bottle of Minute Maid Pulpy. They say it’s got ‘no preservatives added’. Aw, c’mon…It’s bottled juice. Is that even possible? So I thought maybe... it was just my pessimistic mind. It won't hurt if I'll think it over and know the truth.

I didn’t believe it the first time I heard it’s got no preservatives added.  So I read the ingredients (even the fine print) and everything checked out! It really has NO PRESERVATIVES ADDED!  That means it doesn’t have ingredients that may turn out to be allergens, or worse...carcinogens!  Whew! Now that’s healthy goodness that tastes so good, I... just love it! That also means it's high in antioxidants which prevents various forms of cancer and prostate cancer.

So okay, it’s got no preservatives added. That’s really good, right?  Not just because it doesn’t have those icky, harmful ingredients, but it also means... it has high percentage of Vitamin C which helps boost immune system. I'm sure it has potassium which is an essential nutrient for the body to reduce risk of heart disease. 

So far anyone who still has a hard time believing that Minute Maid has got no preservatives added - meaning it's THAT natural, it's almost like it's plucked straight from the tree, it's just as Mother Nature wanted your orange juice to be, it's got nothing but the good stuff yes, none of those potentially toxic stuff that can harm your brain, kidneys, heart; cause tumors aargh- the list of preservatives' bad effects just go on!!! Anyway, just to prove a point on just how good Minute Maid Pulpy is 'cause it's got NO PRESERVATIVES ADDED, I'm gonna continue drinking Minute Maid Pulpy everyday. I really know that it's anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer and high in antioxidants.
