We love to enjoy a vacation with our loved ones. Even solo
travel experiences are amazing. And we want to relax while on a travel
escapade? How to do it?
Here are valuable tips in relaxing during vacation.
1. Use your imagination. If you are in a beautiful hotel
room, think about wonderful things. Many people share amazing travel
experiences, including rejuvenation in some Cavite resorts lately. Imagine you are lying
on a huge, soft pillow, resting on a cloud which is drifting in space. You are
weightless and your body feels light and free – completely relaxed.
2. Take a long, brisk walk. It will tire and at the same
time relax you. After all, hiking is supposed to rejuvenate you once in a
while.
3. Soak in a hot tub. Relax the eyes, then the eyebrows,
then the forehead. Let the jaw drop, now release all the tensions from the
neck, the shoulders, the left arm followed by the right arm. Do it with other
parts of your body that need relaxing. Feel every inch of your body releasing
tension.
